Midtown at Bonita: 68-acre mixed-use hub taking shape
Developer Andy Zuckerman broke ground on Midtown at Bonita on November 6, 2025, along Bonita Beach Road just east of I-75. The 68-acre project sets aside more than 30 acres for green space alongside retail, dining and residential components. As of August 2026, the Business Observer reported the project was about 75% leased, with Starbucks and the Mediterranean restaurant Alea among the newest tenants and TJ Maxx and Ulta Beauty also signed. The developer says the pedestrian-friendly retail portion will begin opening later this year. The 400-unit Paradiso Bonita Springs apartment community is already open, and a 165-room boutique hotel is planned.
Revana Lakes: 299 new homes
This 204-acre community spans both Bonita Springs and unincorporated Lee County and is planned for 299 homes. The project drew a contentious city council vote before approval, reflecting the level of local interest in how this stretch of Bonita Springs continues to develop.
Infinity at the Colony: luxury condo tower now open
Infinity at the Colony is a 96-unit luxury condominium tower at The Colony at Pelican Landing, developed by the Ronto Group. The developer has announced it is open and move-in ready, and recent listings show 2026-built residences priced from around $3.7 million.
